The staff quickly made me feel very at ease and were amazing with my pet.
My poor Pacina(Yorkie-Poo) was admitted into the hospital yesterday with an infection. I am beyond impressed with the professionalism of both Dr. Rollo and his support staff has given me thus far. The hospital has been caring, compassionate and willing to work with me on payments. They have followed up with me 4 times in 24 hours on the status of my dog. I am confident my little one is in good hands and in the best care..
UPDATE: Unfortunately, my fur baby could not fight the infection that attacked her organs and sadly, she has passed away. This has been the most difficult time of my life but from beginning to end, Dr. Rollo and his staff kept me informed, maintained compassion and professionalism. This clinic may be a little more expensive but I would rather pay a little more always knowing I am in good hands. Madison Veterinary cares about animals and will be there for you and your pets.
Very friendly staff and extremely efficient! I am a first time dog owner and they were very informative but not over the top (which I like).
I absolutely love them. All of the people that work there are truly amazing. They are so loving and caring. I take both of my dogs here. I will not go anywhere else.
