Great hospital and caring people. They got us in and out of emergency in a decent time. They saw us in very fast. They took care of everything very well. Will make this the hospital I return to in the future.

I wouldnt put any star on them. Horrible service experienced twice. Flabatomologist/nurse drawl g blood while chatting with someone. Almost had the needle pop out from other side. Secondly my new born went for blood test, they assured the report will be over to the pediatrician next day. Just called the lab and found out they will mail it which will take 2 days before doctor gets it. My god, how do they even exist as a hospital???? My suggestion, if you wake up on this hospital and have the energy to crawl, RUN
I'm posting about 7 Tower psych ward specifically. Staff was superficially caring and executed their jobs just fine. Sorry for annoying/offending everyone. Thanks for your sympathy even if feigned. The psychiatrist "Dr. Sam" was laughably inept though. Considering that my treatment plan was at the mercy of Sudhir Lingnurkar, I blame no one but him for the four weeks of tinkering with my brain chemistry and subsequent neurological hell I've dealt with ever since. More people need to call out this corrupt sham because the verbal crucifixion is justified. Pile it on; excoriate if you truly despise. Wish I tried to contest the court-ordered ordeal. All I can do now, back in control, is accept reality in the present moment and move on to 2018...
Came in for foot surgery ( same day surgery)and found staff to be very friendly and professional. Nurses checked in on my comfort level. After surgery a nice warm blanket was offered and i gladly accepted. All employees seemed genuinely happy and content at work. No negative experiences to report. Thank you to all of the employees that made my surgery visit the best it could be under my circumstances. Frank Penzin
