They don't think ahead for people like me, who don't know tools that well, to leave us (me) know that the new air nailer/ stapler and compressor not only need a hose to connect them. But that neither of them come with that hose. Now we go back to the store...
I was less than impressed with the quality of the tools.
Cheap prices but wait times and customer service are horrible. Sad. Low energy.
Plus side is I've always been happy with the items I've purchased from them.
Shop there for many tools, even though they are for not a long time use.
If you have a question and you can find an employee they usually can guide you to the right item if they have it.
The store itself was clean and organized, and the customer service was excellent. Our cashier, Rebecca, even offered to help us when our car broke down in the parking lot. It was 30 minutes until closing time and freezing cold outside, so I know it had to be the last thing she felt like doing.
