Amazing Staff!!! I have never experienced an owner going to bat for the customer against an insurance company before, but Bill did it! He would not allow the first low ball inspection of my repairs to happen, so we got a second insurance adjuster out and he argued safety points and got them to up the estimate almost double to make my car safe again. #amazing
Good service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Visited Woodward Dream Cruise from Canada with my -75 Pontiac Grand Ville. The master cylinder started leaking Friday evening. Brought my car in Saturday morning. They worked on my car until it was fixed at 6:00 pm even though the shop is closing at 5:00 pm Saturdays. I was able to get back on to road and continue cruising on the Woodward Dream Cruise, and also able to return to Canada next day.
The technician gave me wrong suggestions and ask me to replace other good parts. But those guys attitude is very good.
