Tim and Marty Schmitt were helpful in the beginning, but something changed. I had completed my taxes on turbo tax, but was advised to try out this firm. I contacted Tim/Marty and they appeared to begin working on my taxes. Almost 4 months later I am still waiting. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. I even spoke with Marty 2 weeks ago to get an understanding of the delay and he expressed it would be done quickly after that call. Still waiting. After a few ignored emails and calls I finally got ahold of Tim. He expressed that he had 34 emails that he needed to reply too first. I reminded him that Ive been waiting for months. Due to this delay, I am risking losing a house I am trying to purchase as the lender has been patiently waiting for my taxes. Tim and Marty with given an ultimatum to call me back or not bother with my return. As of now, Still waiting. If Google lets me, I will upload a copy of my phone history showing the dozens of calls to this company. I will also attempt to upload my emails. Stay away from this organization.
